For the last 5+ years I’ve been living with chronic back pain and recurring muscle spasms.
I’ve seen six different chiropractors and various acupuncture practitioners. I also tried physical therapy for six weeks. Dr. Stein helped me become active again!
Dr. Stein helped me become active again. I am active racquet ball player. Then I started half steps and walk with a slight limp. I had developed foot pain called Plantar Fasciitis. Under Dr. Stein’s guidance , he stretched, massage and did his magical technique on the injured area. The pain melted away. His treatment is easy, convenient, non invasive and painless. It all started with a sports injury. My shoulder and back were hurting after every game of Paddle Tennis and this is 3 times a week. Dr. Stein came well recommended so, I made an appointment. With that appointment – my life changed. Any skepticism I may have had evaporated with the very first visit to his office.

It was difficult for me to get out of the bed!
When I first started at Zone Healing Health, it was difficult for me to get out of the bed. Day after day, it took me several minutes to get out of the bed. I also had constant pain in both my wrists. I attributed this pain to being 64 years old and thought it was natural, like no big deal as I have several friends around my age and some quite younger than myself who complain about similar things quite frequently.
I was amazed that after the first visit, the pain in my wrists lessened and by the third visit, it was completely gone. The next thing I noticed was that I was jumping out of bed in no time!!! NO PAIN!!!!
I considered myself healthy for my age, but after talking with Dr. Stein and listening to him, I learned I could be healthier if I combined the proper food combinations: what sub-acid fruits go with...what acid fruits go with...how long after eating fruits before eating other foods. I learned the formula for veggies, proteins, carbs, and fat, too...what the good food choices were to combine...what the poor food choices were to combine. No wonder I was taking so many acid reducers (Tums, Rolaids, etc.)! My digestive system is back on track and I feel great! I also learned about the benefits of coconut oil, both internally and externally.
Not only did Dr. Stein heal the zones that needed attention, he always took the time to answer questions and explain things to my satisfaction. His staff was also always polite and attentive.

I was experiencing horrific pain in my left arm!
For several month now I have had problems with my left hand. It first started with numbness and tingling and then I felt weakness. Just about one month ago I was experiencing horrific pain in my left arm, where it came to a point where I could not even move my arm. On top of everything the right arm started with the same symptoms but not at the same magnitude. The slightest of movements caused the pain to travel to my shoulder and neck. So I decided to see a doctor. The doctor told me that I would need to take x-rays and do physiotherapy to help me with my problem.
For about 12 sessions I went to physiotherapy and the pain grew even more especially when I went to lay down for bed. Originally the doctor speculated that I had tendinitis on both arms. Unfortunately the doctor's recommendation for treatment was not helping me at all, so the only thing the doctor recommended was for me to take steroids through injections and continue my physiotherapy treatment. I refused to take the steroids injections because of its side effects .
There has been no change in my condition until I heard about Dr. Yoav Stein and his Zone Healing protocol. During our discussion on the phone, he explained to me that the treatments I was doing are not that effective and that I am only treating the cause not the symptoms. He also told me that by coming down he would be able to help me get rid of my condition that I was experiencing. Then I decided to fly from Canada to Los Angeles to go visit with Dr. Stein.
When I arrived down to Los Angeles I went Dr. Stein's office. After visiting with him he found that I had 3 zones out of balance. He said normally it would take at least a couple of month to restore and balance all three zones and because of the short time span that I decided to stay he could not promise me 100% restoration back to health. Because of time constraints he decided to treat me every other day for the two weeks that I had planned to stay in Los Angeles. After the first visit alone I already felt a change in my body. The pain I had in my left arm has diminished a little bit and the first time in month I was able to sleep the whole night without waking up because of pain. By the last day before I had to fly back to Canada I was still experiencing some pain in my left arm. Dr Stein told me again that because of short time span I decided to stay to restore and balance your body to 100% it would be nothing short but a miracle.
After the second day arriving back to Canada I woke that morning and realized that all the pain and symptoms I was experiencing were gone and I was able to move my arm again freely. I feel 100%. I feel like a new woman. I couldn’t believe it. I was so astonished at the results I saw. My pain was all gone and I can go back living my life as a normal person.

“As a nurse, my injury was especially scary. I was in the middle of giving CPR when numbness spread throughout my hand. I could not continue and another nurse had to take over for me. I looked into getting surgery , but when I saw that there was only a small percentage of people who actually had surgery with success with very little side effects. Unfortunately it seemed that going through surgery the healing time would be very long and I would have side effects with after the surgery and there is no guarantee that my problem would completely go away.

After a couple of session with Dr Stein, I noticed an immediate difference!

“ I began having digestive problems and pains July 2004. Soon after my initial symptoms, I began a series of appointment with various medical doctors, including a Gastroenterologist. The Gastroenterologist requested that I undergo a CT Scan to use a diagnostic tool in determining what’s ailing me. After the expensive test was completed, my results came back clean and this doctor “somewhat” diagnosed me with Irritable Bowel Syndrome by having his receptionist print out six pages of information on my new condition for me to read. I have been waking up every morning with an un-explanatory back pain!
“I am writing you this letter because I felt that I have to share a few thoughts that have been going through my head these past two months.
Its been a few years now that I have been waking up every morning with an un-explanatory back pain, the kind that can ruin the entire day before it starts. Every time I would see an infomercial on TV stating " wake up fresh in the morning with out back pain .....this mattress will work wonders ......", I would think maybe that could be the solution for me and it has not helped . I even turned to three different chiropractors complaining about pain and the treatment would only last a few hours and in the morning the pain returned. One day after work my mother came over to my house and was all happy and cheery. When i asked her what it was she replied "finally I met a doctor who touched me and removed a pain that for years so many others have tried and always failed ". She went on and on telling me about this wonderful thing called "Zone Healing". Then I decided to pay this doctor a visit. I took the phone number and called Dr. Stein and after a short conversation we scheduled an appointment.
The following Monday I headed over to the clinic and met up with Dr. Stein, after filling out a small questionnaire I entered the room and Dr. Stein checked my back. Shocking he said it was fine and the back is not the main problem. He checked my zones in my body (touching my neck only) and immediately he said that there are two zones that were out of balance, one of them being my digestive system. He then asked me if there are any other symptoms that i am having. I replied " Yes I am not digesting properly, my bowels are irregular, I suffer from gas no matter what I eat , I feel hungry shortly after I eat, and lack of energy ....." Again he explained about his protocol and said that he can help.
Dr. Stein adjusted the unbalanced zone and said "nice meeting you and I'll see you in two days . Earlier during the session he explained that it would take several visits to get the zone completely balanced. He told me that I should see result in a couple of treatments, but again everybody responds differently. Approximately two and a half hours later I called Dr. Stein back telling him that I already feel a difference. I felt more energizes and less hungry than usual. His response was "I am happy that you feel the change so quickly and I expected it" and told me that there is more to come.
The following morning I woke up and went to work, it wasn't until ten o'clock that I realized there was no back pain in the morning. "From my earliest memories, I have suffered from symptoms of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. During high school and college, I stopped playing sports of any kind, even though I was a great athlete. I missed many school days because of illnesses. Since my teenage years, I suffered from migraine headaches and vertigo!
Since my teenage years, I suffered from migraine headaches and vertigo. The nauseating pain and dizziness often left me with no option but to remain in bed, sometimes for days at a time, with the lights off and an ice pack on my head. I could not eat or sleep. As a student I missed classes, and as an adult, I often missed work. Years passed. I managed to graduate college, work and marry, all through an unsettling haze of pain and dizziness.
I visited countless doctors seeking relief. I was given various medications - to control pain, to alleviate dizziness, to encourage sleep - but they didn't seem to help. I was told it was stress. I was told it was all in my head. I was told I was allergic to everything from coffee to milk. I was even told it could be a tumor, and was sent to a neurologist. I was put through test after uncomfortable test, and was told that all tests were normal, and to get my eyes checked. At the eye doctors, I passed out and was taken to the hospital. More tests, more doctors telling me I was fine, and to find a way to live with it.
My husband was as frustrated as I was, and suggested I visit his chiropractor. It was a last resort, but I was desperate for relief, and although I didn't see how a chiropractor could help me, I agreed that I had nothing to lose.
Upon entering the examining room, I was surprised to see nothing but a low cushioned table and a chair. No equipment, no machines, no instruments. Although I was skeptical, Dr. Stein made me feel comfortable. He adjusted my husband first, so I would know what to expect, and then adjusted me. It was all very easy, completely non-invasive and totally painless. He recommended that I return weekly, which I did.
That was five years ago. Within six weeks, the vertigo had all but disappeared. I can remember only three migraines in the past five years, all of which were mild and were alleviated within hours after having a chiropractic adjustment.
My husband and I have continued to see Dr. Stein regularly. In the past five years, we have not had a need for any other medical treatment. Neither of us has taken any type of chemical medication, prescription or over-the-counter. When I was in fifth grade, I began getting migraine headaches!
My name is Pauline and I am 35 years old. When I was in fifth grade, I began getting migraine headaches. For years afterwards, the only choices I had were to let the migraine run its course or pay a visit to the hospital emergency room for a Demorol shot. During the planning of my wedding, my headaches became more frequent and intense. My fiancé Mike suggested a chiropractor. On my first visit to Dr. Stein, he found subluxations in my spine, toxins and poor eating habits that were connected to my migraines. Finally I had found a reason for the migraines and an alternative to pain killers for treatment. The best part is the adjustments take no longer than a few minutes each visit. Getting headaches that frequently is not normal!
I have been having headaches for the past 2 years. They normally appear throughout the day about 3-4 times per week. So for the past 2 years I have been taking Tylenol with codeine. Taking the Tylenol worked for me and it got rid of my headaches most of the time, but I did not want to be taking over-the-counter medication for the rest of my life. I realized that getting headaches that frequently is not normal. So decided to do something about it.
I was reading the Beverly Hills weekly and saw an ad regarding headache relief. I called Dr Stein’s office to make an appointment. After having the consultation he made me realized that my headaches were caused by a number of things. Again I am used to western medicine so some of the information he was telling me was new to me. Since I tried western medicine and I have not have complete relief of my headaches I decide to use a natural alternative approach to treating my condition. After about 2 weeks of treatment, my headaches were only occurring once a week but very mildly, not the type that I use to have where they affect everything I do. Just very slight.
Dr Stein has shown me the drugs in general are not the answer to problems but actually lead to more problems down the road and they will only treat symptoms not cause. I am currently still seeing Dr Stein and now my headaches just happen occasionally and every week keeps getting better. Over the past few years I have been seeing Dr. Stein for routine back adjustments. I had been told by other medical professionals that I would need cortisone injections to heal my ailing back. Not so! Dr. Stein has done wonders through adjustments and exercise routines. Back problems!
I went to Dr. Stein’s office on the recommendation of one of my friend’s who got great results working with him. My main reason for seeing him was "back problems" mainly degenerative joint disease.
Dr. Stein examined me and told me he would work on my muscular zone. During the examination, I mentioned to him that I had a lot of problems with dizziness and had trouble with my balance. The medication I was taking was not helping at all. He explained how my balancing out my muscular zone, my body would start to function normally.
Since I have been coming in on regular basis ( 2 times a week), I feel great! In one month my vertigo was completely gone! I have never felt better. In fact I recently went to a reunion for my job from which I have been retired from for five years and everyone commented on how great I look. I feel 15 years younger and my body is functioning better, just as I was told it would during my first visit.
Also, I never told Dr. Stein that I suffered from blood pressure problems. My doctor’s could never get the pressure to stabilize. It would either be too high or too low. Since getting my systems balanced, the blood pressure has been perfect and Dr. Mike didn’t even know I had a problem!

I have been battling back problems for 9-10 years. I have seen several practitioners, acupuncturists, chiropractors and physical therapists. 3 back surgeries, and six years of total temporary disability!
A 2003 lock back injury has resulted in 3 back surgeries, and six years of total temporary disability with its obligatory physical therapy and ongoing way of life. I was given authorization to participate in pool and traditional physical therapy early in June of this year (2009). Took him 10 seconds to fix a problem that I have had for years!
I had back surgery 2 yrs ago April 08 L4-L5 fusion. After my surgery I was taking medication to help me through the day. I went to physical therapy, it helped me a little bit but still in a lot of pain. My surgeon said he might have to go back in and remove my screws because they were placed to tightly. Since I have been seeing Dr. Stein , he has helped me so much that I can’t thank him enough. The treatment is so relaxing and helpful and after every visit my pain decreases more. But at least when I walk out of the office I am pain free for a little while. But when the pain comes back it is much less. My biggest surprise was when he noticed I was unbalanced and my feet where uneven. It took Dr. Stein less than 10 seconds to make me balanced. I have struggled with this issue for years. Wow, took him 10 seconds to fix a problem that I have had for years. I would recommend anyone that has pain to see Dr. Stein he is truly is a miracle worker
